l Tooling design and production department uses the latest
Equipment such as Reinshaw/Cyclone digitizing equipment and CNC Milling machine to produce its injection mould tools.

l Plastic injection department houses with 26 injection machines with the capability of injecting components that may weigh up to 850g in End-Product？ weight.

l Pad and silk screening department, this in house process allows Ka Wah to further control quality of its finished product by eliminating the need of subcontracting this process.

l Metal Stamping department, in efforts to be competitive Ka Wah has further expand its capability to include this process in house.

l Cut and Sew department, this latest addition allows Ka Wah to produce Products that may require the use of PVC, Leather and other similar materials.
